Applicable base materials: Applicable for tension area or cracked concrete≥C20 & Natural hard stone

Application:
Fixing of equipment, channel steel, guide rail and bracket
Fixing of impact load
Fastening of external wall
Fastening of concrete beam & column
Fastening of base material
Fastening of pipeline
Middle-sized load or below

Material: Grade 5.8/ 8.8 alloy steel & 50 70 80 stainless steel

Anti-corrosion treatment: Electrogalvanizing (the thickness of zinc coating≥5μm)
                                        Hot galvanizing (the thickness of zinc coating≥45μm) 
                                        Highly corrosion-resistant surface treatment (the thickness of anticorrosive coating ≥10μm)
Features:
The anchor rod is molded by hot-rolling, expansion piece (locking key) is molded by cold-rolling
Screw up the nut a little, then expansion piece expansion piece (locking key) will expand, which ensures reliable anchorage inside tension area.
Suitable for small spacing distance & edge distance
Embedment depth is marked, which is convenient for later check.
When adjusting the angle of anchor rod during installation, the anchor rod won’t be broken.
Special surface treatment ensures the expansion piece (locking key) to expand smoothly.
Various embedment depths are available, ensuring the subsequent anchoring force.
