Attention! You Really Deserve The Right Method of Pasting Carbon Fiber Sheet on The Surface Of Concrete!

  As we know, carbon fiber sheet is approved for concrete structure and wooden structure. With excellent performance in reinforcement, carbon fiber sheet is getting more and more popular with people. While with wrong using method, there is decrease in its good property and expected reinforcement effect. Especially for the reinforcement of existed concrete structure, more details should be paid attention to in order not to make lost.
  First of all, here is the general method of carbon fiber sheet reinforcement:

  Then there are several points needing attention during the application:
1. when doing the surface treatment, there should be no attachment. If there is thick coating on the existed concrete structure, we must clean them up and polish the surface before pasting the carbon fiber sheet.
2. flatten and extend the carbon fiber sheet as much as possible, thus the carbon fiber sheet will play its full use.
3. for concrete crack reinforcement, pasting the carbon fiber sheet along the vertical direction against the concrete crack. The cutting lenth should be 10cm longer than the width of crack.
4. if there is the joint, the length of overlapped carbon fiber sheet should be 20mm, and the joint should not be made on the concrete surface halfway.
5. for pasting the impregnating adhesive, making sure the adhesive is enough for fully impregnating the carbon fiber sheet.
