Let's Get To Know Nanjing Mankate Anchorage Adhesive(Barrel)!

  Nanjing Mankate anchorage adhesive(barrel) adopts the imported epoxy resin, nanofiller and other addictives. We have got the same detection equipment as the ones in National Testing Center, and its tensile strength, elasticity of modulus, elongation can be tested on the construction site.
The actual applications:
1. plant the columnar rebar: embedded column of shear wall, retaining column, structural concrete column, etc.
2. filling the portal: the portal on construction site, equipments portal, tunnel portal, stairs portal, the portal on the joint of floor, etc.
3. newly embedded rebar inside various walls, such as shear wall, infilled wall, underground continuous wall and retaining wall.
4. newly embedded rebar inside screw plate: foot steps stairs, rotating stairs, car ramp, etc.
5. embed rebar inside the cantilever structure: cantilever beam, cantilever plate, balcony, passage platform, etc.
6. rebar connection for newly added structure: structural beam, strctural plate, structural infrastructure, etc.
7. tunnel engineering: underground continuous wall, culvert and tunnel.
8. reconstruction of bridges and roads: railroad bridges, highway bridges, roads, runway, etc.

Features:

● Main components: modified epoxy resin, nanomaterials, other additives

● Component A: Component B = 2:1, two-component anchoring adhesive, fast-cure, epoxy-based anchoring adhesive, nearly odorless, non-toxic, no drip, no sag, and easy clean up

● Quick load-bearing after cure, high initial bonding strength, good toughness and anti-pulling capacity

● Low density, excellent thixotropy, smooth, no sediment

● Good resistance to weather, high temperature, age, chemical corrosion, welding, seismic, flame, etc.

● There is almost no shrinkage during curing process

● When properly mixed, adhesive will be an even color for use

● Mixed adhesive should be used up within 10~30 minutes (depending on specific ambient temperature)

● The density is about 1.65~1.70 g/cm3 (cured ), gel time is about 1.5~6 hours

● Barrel package is suitable for applicator gun to inject adhesive
